William Tarantola

William Tarantola was the real estate agent for the sale of our family home. His professionalism, perseverance and well-honed skills brought about a successful sale for us in a very challenging market. William was there for us with excellent advice each step of the way and provided service far beyond anything we expected or even dreamed. He clearly was our partner in this venture and his enthusiasm for the project never waned. His upbeat attitude and innate sensitivity helped us through the very emotional experience of selling the home my parents didn't want to leave and in which my brothers and I grew up. I honestly can't say enough good things about William and cannot imagine having gone through the process of selling our home with anyone else. He was both a consummate professional and an understanding friend. I'm very grateful for the blessing he has been to my family and me. He works very hard for his clients and it's clear that he loves the real estate business. What sets him apart most of all is his heart for people. Hello, I am writing this letter to inform you about my experience with one of your agents, William Tarantola. My husband Joe and I met William in June of 2015 when we called about a property he was the listing agent on. When we met him we immediately liked him. We were new at looking for a home and really did not know what to ask or what to expect. The whole experience of looking for a new home is exciting, but can also be nerve wracking as well. William made us feel so comfortable. His enthusiasm and positive nature was infectious. Joe and I ended up making an offer that day on the house and are now happily living in it. William also helped us sell our co-op, which we thought was an impossible task. We had it listed previously and had no success. Within weeks of William listing it, we had an accepted offer. Joe and I had complete confidence in William. He is a true professional and as I am sure you know, a tremendous asset to your company. Unlike any other agent we have dealt with, William was always reachable. No matter how many clients he may have had, he always made us feel we were a top priority. Since meeting William we have purchased a home, he has sold our previous home and currently has listed both my father and grandmothers home. We are confident he will find success for my family members on their properties as well. Joe and I could not be happier in our new home and we really have William to thank. Good Morning Georgianna: As every year comes to an end, I like to look back and reflect on the positive events that took place. My family's experience with William Tarantola earlier this year is certainly high on the list. In February, my wife and I stumbled across one of the nicest houses in Commack. It checked off most of the boxes on our wishlist. However, there were obstacles to overcome in order to making all of this possible: *The seller of our dream house was challenging - firm at the least, irrational at the worst *We had to sell our house in a timely manner - but with two little kids, we didn't want the process to be overly intrusive William was a pleasure to work with over the course of six months. There were several opportunities for this deal to unravel, but William kept his cool, and pushed it to the finish line. I won't bore you with the details, but in August, we finally moved into our new home. None of this would have been possible without William as our agent.
