William has handled sales and purchased for myself and my children of many years. He is professional, honest and knowns the real estate business like no other realtor. He has always been a pleasure to work with and would recommend him to anyone who wants a professional marketing genius.

We got the asking price for our home in less than three weeks, after other close bids, and it is entirely due to the efforts of William Tarantola. Before even coming to meet with us and see our home, he learned all there was to know about our property and our neighborhood. When he came over, he saw every positive feature of our home, many of which we did not even appreciate, and made us feel that our home was a true treasure and worth top dollar. We had the pleasure of seeing him in action; he brought only pre-qualified people who were genuinely interested in buying. He met each buyer at the door and walked them through the house, showing the house through his eyes, allowing them to see its best features and its potential, never pushing, only illuminating. If you have been home shopping, as we are now, and seen other agents in action, you may have noticed how they mostly stand around like lumps and know little about the places they are selling. You will be floored by the contrast seeing William do the job. While being scrupulously accurate in every statement he makes about the property, having all information at his fingertips, he educates the buyers about the unique features of the home, conveying the information with exuberant positive energy and enthusiasm. I am absolutely certain that no one else could have marketed our house as well. He left us feeling that our home was valued fairly, and that the love and improvements we put in are valued by our buyer. On a personal note, I am a big fan. William is a delightful person to know, so smart, savvy, funny, ethical and honest in a business not known for those qualities, and the consummate professional. After an agent from another agency was rude and dismissive and sought to make a quick sale on the cheap of our house, a friend recommended William, as he sold the house of an acquaintance of ours in days for a great price, after the house had been languishing on the market for more than a year, with three agents who utterly failed to generate any interest in it.
