William Tarantola

Dear Ms. Finn, William Tarantola was the agent who worked with us on selling our house and he was fantastic! He made himself available to us throughout the whole process. Starting with when to put our home on the market and deciding the selling price to the closing date. He was always just a phone call away and he always called us back. We had lived in our home 40 years so the whole selling/buying market was new to us and very intimidating. William put us at ease by explaining the process to us and answering our many questions. We followed his recommendations and within a week of signing on with him, William had our yard spruced up, our home photographed and videoed and posted on the web site before the showing the following weekend. William has a keen eye and knows how to present the best attributes of a home to the buyers and agents. He made open house look like a breeze. We had 5 offers within the first week and we were in contract by the third week. We were thrilled and of course you think you're done, no such thing! We needed a lawyer and a moving company. And then you need to pack and clear out your home. Once again William was there with names of businesses and people for all of these things, this was such a great help. And when we asked He even found an agent in N.C. to help us find our new home. Our closing was done during the coronavirus and due to laws William was not able to attend the closing, but he was with us on the phone. It was such a great comfort to know he was still there by our side. We followed William's recommendations and he never steered us wrong and we couldn't be happier now that we're living in N.C.
