William Tarantola

This past Friday William Tarantola and I had the memorable experience of assisting a client with a very emotional and substantial real estate transaction. Our mutual client, physically disabled most of his life, was able to celebrate his life's achievements and was reduced to tears at the end of his closing. Why? His biggest appreciation... being treated with compassion and respect and an acknowledgment by us of his amazing journey. "people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."?. William did a phenomenal job of advocating for the client when the client needed him most. Bravo

Dear Georgianna- I hope to convey in this letter my gratitude, joy, and happiness that just 1 man was able to give to us. When we were introduced to William Taranola several years ago by our close friends, we felt an immediate connection and trust. He had the patience of a saint from the day we first met, and we got along like peas and carrots. Truly, I felt like we had a true new friend, and confidant who could help us find and purchase our forever home. I figured for sure he would drop us because in my own head I continued to think we're needy and relatively small potatoes in comparison with his ginormous homes that he helps others purchase and sell. But alas, how wrong I was. William is a one of a kind. Believe it or not he restored our faith in humanity with his unwavering loyalty to us. Something I am still spellbound by. He was always there for us. He stood by us. He literally took verbal beatings from the sellers' broker to protect us, because we were supposed to close in July, and after various title issues, we finally closed on our forever home October 7th! I consider William a true friend, as does my wife. I know that he truly cares about us as people. I know he worked his ass off to get us into this house, and I also know it got his stamp of approval. Something that means A LOT to us. He is such an extraordinary human, and I truly do not know how we got so lucky, and even more so he stuck with us. Through thick and thin. You can't say that about a lot of people these days, but he's one of the most loyal humans to walk the earth. He put his own personal family tragedy on hold so that we could close on our house, something we'll never forget. We truly cannot praise you enough for having undoubtedly the best real estate agent, and friend, on your staff. Coach should be so proud and hold your heads up a little higher with William on your team. We went through such a difficult contract process which William continued to keep us calm and kept the ball rolling, and when I lost hope, he didn't ever. His confidence and patience, and humor, really helped us get through to the other side. All I can say is thank you. Our dream is now a reality. We are happy and in our forever home, and I thank William for it. We truly love him, and he is a member of our family. If there's ever anything I can do to make sure he gets his very well-deserved praise on a national level, please let me know.
