This past Friday William Tarantola and I had the memorable experience of assisting a client with a very emotional and substantial real estate transaction. Our mutual client, physically disabled most of his life, was able to celebrate his life's achievements and was reduced to tears at the end of his closing. Why? His biggest appreciation... being treated with compassion and respect and an acknowledgment by us of his amazing journey. "people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."?. William did a phenomenal job of advocating for the client when the client needed him most. Bravo
